I was so excited to get this toaster to match my KitchenAid mixer, but this barely toasts anything at all and is so difficult to get the product out of the toaster. Literally have played with every setting, just can't get it too toast.

I love the narrow design and overall appearance, it suits my kitchen perfectly. Does an excellent job of toast, which of course is its purpose. My only complaint would be the cord. The place on the underside where the cord is attached to the toaster is at the front instead of the back, so you lose the full length of the toaster from the cord before it can be used, therefore the useful length of remaining cord is very short and doesn't reach my receptacle. I had to purchase a one foot extension cord to make it work. So to the people of Kitchenaid I say either move the attachment point or give a longer cord.

I bought an All Clad toaster.. broke within 6 months.. an employee suggested i try an OXO.. i used it ONCE and the motor broke.. not sure why i tried KitchenAid last because i have all your other products including stove and love them. keep up the good work.

I purchased this toaster to replace a 20 year old KitchenAid toaster. It works very well even toasting and easy to operate. Like the bagel setting! It's nice to own a piece of KitchenAid's 100 year heritage! Big KitchenAid fan all my major kitchen appliances are KitchenAid also!

I have been looking for a toaster that held my larger bread slices. FOUND IT!! It toasts perfectly all around. Before a had to turn bread over to get other end.
