I am very happy with the purchase of the oven. We really like the way the oven works and we can see the status of the oven online. The only one thing that my husband does not like the knobs the way they designed some need to be to right and some need to be turn to the left to put on high heat.

I bought stove about 3 months ago now. Ive been trying to get refund for well over a month. Unit is defective and overheating. They refuse to give me a refund just keep sending repairmen out and that takes couple weeks each time. Will never buy another lg product

Cleaning cycle broke my oven.

We have had this oven for about a month shy of 2 years. About a month ago the racks started falling out of their slots. I am now only able to use the bottom two and top 1 slots. This makes baking rather challenging as there is too much heat on the bottom of the product. This also makes it so we cannot use the air fry function in the oven anymore. We tried chatting with tech support and their solution was for us to Buy new racks for our less than 2 year old oven. We were told it is not uncommon for the racks to no longer fit after using the self cleaning cycle. What have a feature that Regularly ruins the function of the oven. Im very disappointed with the lack of longevity on this oven and the poor support from the company.

We have had this range for about a month. One important point for the glass top is to have the correct cookware. We actually purchased a new set with flat bottoms to not scratch the surface. It is amazing how fast the burner heats up. We have used the oven and timer feature as well as the air fryer which I love because I can actually make crispy french frys in the oven/air fryer. The easy view oven is terrific. So I can see how an item is cooking.

Though overall looks for this range would be a 5 Im giving it a 3. I realize it takes a while to get used to a new range when you have had another for several years. However after just a few months and many boil-overs I found that the left front quick boil burner would not always lower its temperature when turned down. Ive had to call in someone to fix it as it was surely a fire hazard. Another inconvenience is the different sizes of the burners. They seem to be either too large or too small for normal cookware. Hence you are either wasting heat or not covering the full service area of you pot or pan. The biggest inconvenience has been the lack of lights indicating which burner is still hot. There is only one light for all 5 burners to indicate a burner is on and one to indicate when it is still hot but no indication for which burner. I find this to be very dangerous as it is guess work as to where the heat is on your stovetop. The oven is beautiful and very large. Yet Im not so sure about the evenness of the cooking. Im still out on that one and need more time to experiment. I definitely cooks hotter than my last oven.

First of all I really love this range. It is fairly straightforward to use and so far works beautifully.. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it rings and I cant figure out why. Also I think the glass top is harder to clean than other ranges that I have had. Not a big deal. I have to say that sometimes when Im in the kitchen I just have to open the oven door to look at the amazing blue oven Its really beautiful. Im very happy with it and Ill figure out the ringing......

Oven and stove top do an excellent job. Controls are nicely labeled and easy to use except for warming burner. Glass top is difficult to clean and scratches easily so care must be taken when cleaning. Instructions for a few items miss a step or two. Have had the stove 3 1/2 years and would buy it again. There is no explanation in the users guide on the difference between convection roast convection bake and air fry.

Nice range. The right front largest burner does get a bit too hot but thats what the knobs are for. The over does convectikon and air fry as well - but I am still unsure of the difference. We do plan to try it out in that mode.

We purchased stove in January 24. This month the glass on the ultra heat burner started turning white. I contacted LG customer service the first person 1 spoke to said it would be covered under Lowes service agreement as its not a factory defect. We were supposed to be on a three way call with Lowes but he disconnected. I attempted to explain what he said but Lowes customer service had no idea what I was talking about. I contacted LG again and this time after reviewing the same pictures I sent that they requested the first time they said it would be they said it would be replaced. They contacted repair service setup and day before they were coming someone else from LG called and said its not covered and I would have to pay. After checking into reviews about glass it seems we are not the only one having this issue. So a 4 month old stove looks like a 10 year old stove and we did use all the pots and items they recommended But then again everything made today is junk.

Spent 3 hours on chat. Could not find serial number. Left front burner stays on high. Chat said needed serial number to get service. I kept telling them there was no serial number tag. finally gave me a company to call for service. My stove is less than 2 months old. My daughter has same range and her left front burner will adjust to low setting.

My wife and I went bought a brand new LG thin q Oven had it 6 weeks and we noticed that the wires were smoking it took LG the better part of 6 weeks to get us a refund it was the biggest piece of crap we ever bought they need to go out of business with a one-star better Business bureau rating and quit selling their faulty equipment that is the second LG appliance that my wife has had that has caught fire
