Probably have done about 20 loads. Took some time to get use to the mechnical noises it makes. There should be a button to add more water since it always looks like there is not enough or too much when you do a deep wash. Also seems like excessive vibration even after a service guy came out and raised one of the legs. Additionally it is hard to get it to spin smooth without the drum bouncing around with all kinds of loads light/heavy. It requires you to hang around and rearrange the load quite often. Lastly while the digital timer shows one minute left it can keep spinning for more than 5 minutes.

It is not the same as my last washer but love the features. Just wish normal ment normal without having to make changes so there was more water in the tub.

This is the worse wash machine i have ever owned. Doesnt use enough water I have stains on my clothes. Does not spin if item weighs too much like a blanket. Sorry I purchased it. I called LG and they were no help

Have had this appliance for 3 months. Overall work well but since its a top loader thought I would be able to lift the lid and soak my clothes.. Also the only cycle that uses hot water is clean tub.

Have been using this washer for a month and love it. Plenty of capacity but easy to reach the bottom of the tub. All the settings you need. Ive become a big fan of LG appliances and this one lives up to them all.

I absolutely hate this machine. It does not get the cloths clean and leaves soap residue on my cloths. You can not use the spin cycle or rinse cycle independently

I bought this thinking it would be great. For the past couple of months it has been leaving black residue on my clothes that I cant get off. Very disappointing. I have to wash the clothes several times to get it off. Never had this problem with my last machine.

Our old washer was going out on us so we started searching for a replacement. Unfortunately most new washers come with so many more bells whistles all of which are confusing to me. So Im still trying to figure out all the settings options on my new washer but so far it has been great I love being able to see inside while its working that helps me figure out what adjustments to make on future loads.

Had a washing machine without the agitation since it was the latestbut not the greatest. Decided it was time to go back to machine with agitation and so glad we did. Clothes are cleaner and loads stay balanced. No more knocking and banging even with all the effort to evenly distribute the clothes. Still enough capacity to handle large loads too.

The first couple days were worrisome. Knew Id have to prep the house by removing a door and trim the lowest hinge along with some KV shelving and contents just to get the washer into the basement. The delivery guys hooked it up leveled it checked to make sure it was getting water into the tub and were gone taking the old washer with them.
I immediatey ran a load from my little bakery. And the machine acted confused extending times and stopping. I coaxed it through by starting in other modes and getting it to spin - I dont remember how. And the next load attempted got the EI error code. And me worrying and wondering what would have to happen next.
Lowes service put me in touch with LGs service The woman explained it was a water input problem. She was insistent some imbalance in the line was the likely culprit. By this time Id put the hinge back on the door back up and the shelving up too. I had an investment in finding the cause if it was mine - not having to take everything back down again for replacement. So I looked again and once again.
And I spotted a potential culprit - splitters on the line to provide hot and cold water without having to disconnect the hoses. Oh they were both only going to the washer at the moment and shouldnt really affect anything. But Im sure my water pressure is fine. So I took them off and hooked up the washer directly. And threw in a load.
Bingo No error code.
I wonder if the splitters were what killed the old machine...but if so its for the best. The old machine was an impeller type. This cleans clothes better and more gently.
After about a month I couldnt be happier

Nicest washer Ive ever owned First of all I love that it has a clear top and I love watching how it adjusts the laundry and spins them around the agitator in the beginning. Its so neat I also love the little tune that the washer plays at the end of the wash SO much better than listening to the buzzer that I had on my previous washers. My laundry comes out very clean and I love how it adjusts the time of the cycles so that it saves on electricity and water. Perfect washer. I recently purchased an LG electric range and I have an LG refrigerator. LG makes some quality appliances and Im very pleased. Thanks LG

Bought this few months back. Few times we got black grease like stains on our white clothes. LG technician came to look at it but wasnt of much help. I dont think this machine works well in washing. Dryer works fine.

Have had almost a month it has impressed me every time I use it. This happens to be our first LG product and everything seems to be all we were looking for. Very large tub excellent for our needs. The way it washes took some getting used to but it really cleans the clothes. We noticed an improvement immediately. New technology is exhibited in this machine. Makes washing clothes simple and easy. Very quiet and well-balanced spin cycle. Direct Drive makes it seem stouter and smoother operation.

This LG washer is not as good as the one I had for 10 years. This one sounds like the motor still running once the drum has stopped spinning almost sounds like a grinding It doesnt spin out real well. Too sad that they cant make the LG washers and dryers like they did years ago

I purchased this machine in 2021 and I couldnt be happier with the way it performs. However recently Ive noticed that sometimes when I press the power button the machine does not power on. I am extremely disappointed since Ive only been using this washer for just under two years and the performance otherwise has been great. For the last few weeks it has been an ongoing issue with the power button and Im never sure if it will power up. Today I cant get it to respond at all.

I have had my washer for a little over a month at first it was different than my old washer I am old school and I did not know if I was going to like this one I saw that it did not take much water I thought how is this going to clean anything but boy did I get fooled I do not think I have ever had my clothes get any cleaner. I am glad I bought this washer I need to stop being afraid of new technology and leave my fears behind maybe I would enjoy more modern things. Can not send photo as I said before I am old school But Thank You so much for my new washer. I love love it.

My husband purchased this for me a few weeks ago. My old washer has been on its last leg for about 9 months and i really didnt want a new one with much electronics. But I love this this one. It is so nice to be able to load and go. Please it plays music when its finished. Much more pleasant than the usual buzzers. I think all appliances should take note and follow this example. Would make housework so much more pleasant.

I really like the way I can take out the soap and softener dispenser to clean it. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it does not have a soak cycle. Other then that I am very pleased.

I have had the agitator version for about 2 weeks. I am happy with the see through top and I like how it adjusts the water level based on the load and the time of cycle adjusts as well. I have concerns about how clean clothes are getting though. I just put muddy socks in and they still looked dirty - ran again with additional detergent. It is quieter than my old one.

This is my second washer. First one had a dent on it. Bought an LG bundle from one store for the discount but had to switch stores for just the washer because it was on back order and lost the bundle discount. Now the machine is making loud banging sounds during the wash cycle while the agitator is going back and forth.

I have had this just going on 2 weeks. I love the see-through top however I notice it is using a very small amount of water. Im not its enough the cloths dont look to be getting all wet or have room to be swished around by the agitator. I have started to monitor my wash cycles more closely to see if it was just that one load or just how this washer works.
I wish there were mor info on the the cycles and the amounts of water each uses in the manual.
It is very quiet and the load finished chime is delightful.

Not very happy with it. The electric went out. For some reason the washer went on the fritz. Called for assistance 3 weeks out. Took geek squad insurance they were about 6 weeks. I reset thankfully. I had a problem with my water. When I went to use washer did the same thing as above. Very sensitive worse than a woman at that time of the month.
