Really disappointed

I have had many wonderful Frigidaire appliances, but this one is very disappointing. It looks beautiful but is soooo noisy. I don't have the ice making function but it still knocks, clunks, clicks, with heavy humming. I've read the noise guide and it looks like I'll just have to live with it. Also when the warehouse switched the door to a left handed opening which I requested, they failed to replace the top and bottom hinge covers. This of course was a failure of quality control on P.C. Richard's part and not Frigidaire. P.C. Richard has now ordered the covers and I await yet another delivery after which they will send someone to install them. :(

We got this fridge since our old one was not working anymore. I love the reversible doors that is convenient. It's frame is large for most house holds and it's light as well so taking it upstairs and down stairs is easier especially with a shoulder dolly! All in all rt his is our second Frigidaire appliance, the first one we purchased on sale at Walmart for a small garage drinks only fridge. That one is still working and no issues so we decided to get a proper fridge and went with Frigidaire. I'll definitely consider more appliances from your team whenever we upgrade next time!

Refrigerator in our garage conked out and needed to replace in a hurry. Found this at Lowe™™s, in stock and delivered the next day. Got this one as it is rated as garage ready, which is what we needed. By the next morning it was cold enough to restock and even had to dial the thermostat back a bit as items in the refrigerator part were beginning to freeze. Runs quiet and stays plenty cold.

Woke up one morning to find my 25 year old frig DOA fortunately I was able to replace it with this slightly larger frigidaire. Sor far so good works great keeps every nice and cold and the freezer works great. All in all I am very pleased with the purchase. All thing considered I highly reccomend this refrigerator.

It is a great, modern, simple design. There are no handles to break. The compressor is quiet. Two stage compressor should reduce energy cost. Lots of storage space and accepts lager containers and gallon jugs. (Milk, juice).

First refrigerator delivered had a twisted seal. Second refrigerator delivered is great. Fits perfectly in its space, other brands were either too big or too small. It is quiet and keeps a steady temperature. I™™m happy so far with my purchase.

We needed a new fridge for our utility room (we use for drinks/snacks). Found this Frigidaire model and it was perfect for our application. Our prior fridge was a side by side. This one has upper and lower compartments and i think it holds our items better and easier to access in the smaller space of the utility room. So - we are happy with this purchase.

Needed to replace our 40 year old garage refrigerator, and was looking for a garage-ready fridge. This was exactly what I wanted! It cooled down quickly and is so spacious inside. Hopefully lasts as long as the last one!

Good looking but won't last long. Brought two same refrigerators Frigidaire FFTR1814WW. one died in 6 months, another died at 2 years. Trustable brand ? not any more. Wasted food and time.

We had a 18 cubic ft refrigerator in our garage for MANY years that finally shot craps. I purchase this one as it was similar in size to what I was replacing and I didn't need an ice maker or drink dispenser. This fridge is so quiet that the first week or so when the wife walked by it she had to open the door to make sure it was still plugged in and operating. If you need a good little basic fridge/freezer combo this is it.

Overall a wonderful functional product. The packaging was sufficient to protect the inside and outside of the product. It functions as it should, and the freezer is also a perfect size in comparison to the overall size of the fridge. Great product.

Very pleased with this refrigerator. It runs quietly and efficiently. Holds a lot of food in both levels. I love not having door handles and just pull on slots between top an bottom to open.
